I googled 'windmill history' today and 200 B C popped up. So I tried again, googling 'toy windmill history', someone french popped up with the date 1962. So I stopped googling and trusted my initial thoughts. Toy windmills' have been around awhile. I had one. You probably had one too. They have been tried and tested.
